The FAQ's have been assembled over years of events and should cover nearly every question you might have. Please be sure to review it as it contains important information regarding the event, registration, arrival, and more.
Attendee tickets include camping from Friday, 8/28 through Friday, 9/4. Actual event dates are Monday, 8/31 through Thursday, 9/3. Breakfast is included (Mon 8/31- Thurs 9/3) and dinner meals are included (Mon 8/31, Wed 9/2, and Thurs 9/3) as well as seminars, vendor displays, show models, Factory Tours, and much more! This cost includes up to 2 adults and children 17 and younger - additional adults will require one "Additional Adult" ticket per adult, with a maximum of 2 additional adult guests permitted.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that people’s schedules change for a variety of reasons, many out of their control. As a result, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
- Before July 1, the cancellation fee is 10% of registration, excursion, and golf cart fees. Platform fees are not refundable.
- From July 1 through July 31, cancellation fee is 20% of registration, excursion, and golf cart fees. Platform fees are not refundable.
- On or after August 1, there are no refunds.
